Tanzanian Rural Education Organization USA (TRESO-USA) is a U.S.–based nonprofit that provides governance, funding oversight, and long-term sustainability support for TRESO School in Tanzania.
Our Mission
Tanzanian Rural Education Organization USA (TRESO USA) exists to expand access to high quality secondary education for underserved and immigrant students in rural Tanzania, particularly girls, by ensuring strong governance, responsible financial stewardship, and sustainable long term planning.
We partner with local Tanzanian leadership to support educational programs while maintaining transparency and accountability to United States donors and institutions.
About TRESO School Tanzania
TRESO USA supports TRESO School by focusing on the systems that enable educational impact to endure.
Our role includes:
- United States nonprofit governance and board oversight
- Fundraising and grant administration
- Financial controls and donor accountability
- Strategic planning for long term sustainability
- Ongoing partnership with Tanzanian school leadership
TRESO USA does not manage day to day school operations. Instead, we ensure that resources are stewarded responsibly and aligned with educational outcomes.
